If you’re having a problem with Parental Control, please contact us before requesting a refund so we have a chance to help. We can usually get things working with a little guidance, and we’re happy to help.

Why We Cannot Issue Refunds Directly

Apple is the seller of Parental Control, and purchases are processed through the Mac App Store. We cannot see who bought the app or access any payment details, and we cannot view, approve, or issue App Store refunds.
